NH3 refrigeration plant for producing margarine

Refrigeration system has been designed and installed by Frigo Plus for our French client. Factory produces 4000kg/h maragarine in Cameroon.

System is built with 3x Bitzer NH3 screw compressors and PLC controlled. Compressor type OSNA-7462K with 55kW electric motor. Oil cooling by thermosyphon.

System is designed with suction accumulator to protect compressors from liquid.
