Frigo Plus delivers custom made compressor unit skids with Bitzer screw compressors. Skids are designed to meet the client specifications and include all necessary components. Pipng between various components can be done in steel or stainless steel.

CONTROL PANEL FOR COMPRESSOR RACK

Frigo Plus designs complete control panel for Bitzer screw compressor rack. We can build the panel including star/delta motor starters, soft starters or VSD drives. Rack operation is controlled by a Siemens or Mitsubishi PLC connected to HMI from where the operator can monitor and adjust parameters. Before shipment all the functions are tested and results presented inside a FAT report.

Following main components are installed as standard:

  • Screw compressor with electroc motor
  • High efficiency oil separator
  • Refrigerant or water cooled oil cooler
  • Oil filter per compressor
  • Oil solenoid valve per compressor
  • Oil flow switch per compressor
  • High pressure gauge
  • Low pressure gauge
  • High pressure cut off switch
  • Sight glasses in oil cooler lines
